space really scares me. i once read that the number of sand grains in a children’s sandbox is equal to the number of stars in our galaxy. only our galaxy. and there are over a billion known galaxies. and each star is a sun with it’s own solar system and set of planets. it’s mindblowing how much is out there and how little we know about it.
